Responsibilities

• Process a variety of customer transactions at a teller window.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell products or refer to other bank staff.
• Maintain accuracy when handling cash and balancing the cash drawer daily.
• Assist with training and comply with security policies and procedures.
• Support branch duties and teamwork to deliver excellent customer service.
