Job summary

Farmers National Bank of Canfield is seeking a part-time Teller to process customer transactions at the teller window and deliver superior service. You will recognize customer needs, cross-sell bank products, support referrals, and ensure accurate cash handling and daily balancing.

Qualifications

• Proven cash handling experience
• Must possess basic computer skills and office equipment familiarity
• Customer service and/or sales experience at any level

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of teller transactions at a window and balance cash drawer daily.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell products or services.
• Participate in referral programs and meet referral goals regularly.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information per policy and procedures.
• Complete mandatory training including BSA/AML courses and security compliance.
