Great Southern Bank in Missouri is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver exemplary service, process transactions, and refer banking products to customers. You will balance cash drawers, maintain confidentiality, and use our CRM to manage referrals and customer interactions.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0 to 6 months of related experience or training.
• Prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems.
• Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner; knowledgeable of 5 Winning Ways of Customer Service and implements on a daily basis.
• Routinely refer customers to appropriate Great Southern services and products and use CRM program.
• Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals; locate cash differences and document/review them.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately; meet POD error expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and adhere to security policies and training.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, regulations, and laws; maintain attendance and professional appearance.
