Job summary

MVSB is hiring a Bank Teller for the Rt. 104 Meredith, NH branch. You will provide courteous, accurate service, process teller transactions, and help customers with banking needs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and strong customer service and math skills. Full-time with potential branch float opportunities and Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
• Intermediate use of desktop applications and standard office equipment.
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays, and float to other local branches as needed to support business demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to customers in person, by phone, and by email.
• Process teller transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and balancing standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, security practices, and applicable regulations.
• Stay alert to potential fraud and support a clean, organized teller area.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as requested.
