Job summary

S&T Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a Teller/Branch Customer Service Associate in White Oak, PA. You will deliver exceptional customer service on the teller line while supporting sales and platform duties to meet branch goals.

Role requires handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and various banking transactions with accuracy and security. You will engage customers to identify banking needs and promote S&T products and services. Flexibility around branch hours is expected.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two to five years general and specialized experience. Successful completion of the retail training program required including CSR and RSA training programs.

Responsibilities

Uses computer systems, S&T sales skills, product knowledge and policies to operate a customer service window with a focus on accuracy and fraud prevention.
Accepts deposits, verifies endorsements, and issues receipts.
Accepts checks or coupons for cashing, verifies customer identity and balances, or refers to branch management for authorization.
Accepts savings deposits and withdrawals and performs related duties.
Provides additional customer services, including bank money orders and other services.
Balances window cash daily and performs ATM settlement where applicable.
Assists in vault balancing where applicable.
Profile customers to determine and recommend S&T loan and deposit products.
Completes S&T sales process and documents notes for future interactions.
Develops customer profiles and identifies banking needs; closes business and follows up for satisfaction.
Delivers professional sales and service behaviors aligned with bank values and branch playbook.
