ABC Bank is seeking a friendly Teller for its Slide Branch in Lubbock, TX. Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with 1–2 Saturdays monthly 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. You will assist customers, process transactions, and promote banking products, reflecting our commitment to excellence and community service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers and related software applications.
• Strong customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through courteous interactions and timely responses to customer inquiries, both in person and via telephone.
• Accurately balance currency, coin, and checks in the cash drawer at the end of each shift, and reconcile daily transactions using computers, calculators, or other appropriate devices.
• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and ensure the accuracy of deposit slips.
• Record customer transactions in the bank's systems and issue computer-generated receipts.
• Count and prepare currency, coins, and checks for deposit or shipment, utilizing manual or automated counting methods as required.
• Promote and cross-sell the bank's products and services to meet customer needs.
