Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer or retail service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends based on banking center needs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions for clients accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and promote products/services; refer to the appropriate colleague when needed.
• Build client loyalty and address each client by name.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to every client.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with ATM, vault and end-of-day tasks.
• Participate in retail sales programs and team meetings; support community programs.
