Job summary

PNC is seeking a Full Time Teller to be based in Philadelphia, PA at the Cottman Branch. The role focuses on delivering a personalized customer experience, educating customers on available options, and identifying banking opportunities during interactions.

As an in-office position, the teller will support daily branch operations, educate customers on leveraging technology, and refer opportunities to branch staff as appropriate. No visa sponsorship is provided for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
