Associated Bank is seeking a front-line teller in Wisconsin to deliver friendly customer service and accurately process transactions while following policies. You will identify customer needs, promote current offers, and refer complex needs to colleagues for solutions.

The role includes supporting daily branch operations, servicing vaults, night drops, ATMs, and educating customers on digital tools. Spanish bilingual preferred, with growth opportunities in a supportive, community-focused bank.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience
• Preferred experience in retail banking, cash handling, or financial services
• Spanish bilingual preferred

• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures.

• Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to ensure seamless service.
