Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to attend 5–7 day initial training; travel may be needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior customer service or banking experience preferred.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawer within guidelines.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools.
• Assist with customer flow and lobby engagement.
