You will balance cash drawers, handle inquiries, and support loan applications while ensuring compliance and security. The position requires weekend availability and standing for much of the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience.
• Teller experience preferred (6+ months).
• Strong customer service skills including active listening and clear communication.
• Experience recommending and referring financial products.
• Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection.
• Ability to balance a cash drawer accurately.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and multi-line phone systems.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours.
• Ability to remain standing up to 75% of an 8-hour day.
