• High school diploma/GED or 3 years of related experience.
• Preference given to those with prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret numerical information.
• Proficient with a 10-key calculator and basic PC skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a teller cash drawer and handle daily teller transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments, and savings bonds.
• Verify customer identities and follow check cashing procedures.
• Prepare disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements (BSA/CRA).
• Follow bank security, compliance, and internal control policies.
• Assist in opening/closing the branch and balancing vault currency.
• Cross-sell bank products by understanding customer needs.
