Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up.
• Deliver outstanding client service and build client relationships.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate bankers.
• Record activities and referrals using the bank's systems.
• Handle cash deposits, loan payments, and check cashing with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard bank information.
• Support team and participate in training and branch initiatives.
