Great Southern Bank in Lake Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a Full-Time Teller to provide exceptional customer service, handle a variety of banking transactions, and maintain cash security. You will engage customers with referrals to services and ensure accurate balancing of cash drawers.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and up to 6 months of related experience. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel/PowerPoint are helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0 to 6 months of related experience or training.
• Prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems.
• Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Responsabilités

• Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner;refer customers to Great Southern services and products.
• Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to bank policies and regulations (including BSA/AML).
• Ensure security and proper handling of cash and banking equipment.
• Assist with general duties as required by the branch.
• Attend required training including BSA and Security.
