F&M Trust is hiring a Financial Services Representative (FSR), formerly known as Bank Teller, at our Boiling Springs Office. As an FSR, you will service current and new customers, providing exceptional customer service while performing a variety of transactions for both consumer and business clients. You will also recommend bank products and services to benefit our customers. Don't worry if you're not familiar with all banking products; we will train you on product knowledge. After completing your initial training, you'll have opportunities to advance your career by gaining more skills to open accounts for customers. We seek individuals committed to building their knowledge and contributing to our team.

The pay rate typically starts between $16 and $18 per hour. This full-time position involves approximately 40 hours per week, with a competitive wage and benefits package. Incentives are available for referring customers to new bank products.
