Job summary

Cygnet Taunton is seeking a Bank Support Worker to assist in inpatient wards, offering guidance and emotional support to service users. The role covers male and female wards with learning disability and neuro cognitive service lines, on a bank contract with flexible hours.

You will provide physical and emotional support, learn individual needs, report medical/welfare details, safeguard residents, and maintain a safe environment. DBS check is required.

We are looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Taunton. Cygnet Hospital Taunton provides acute inpatient admissions service for men and women and a specialist inpatient service for men diagnosed with a learning disability.

Your Day-to-Day £13 per hour + 12.1% annual leave

Youll be working with individuals within the acute male or female ward, our Male learning disability ward, or our new male neuro cognitive service line. Coming soon, on a bank contract.
