Job summary

Cygnet Fountains is seeking confident Bank Support Workers to deliver high-quality care to men with complex needs. The role is bank hours at a high-dependency inpatient service, with a strong focus on safety and compassion.

You will be part of a supportive team, providing personalised care, reporting needs, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. DBS check is required; overtime and learning opportunities are available.

Cygnet Fountainsis a high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men who have severe and enduring mental illness and who may have been detained under the Mental Health Act. The individuals we support come to us following multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or stepping down from secure settings &is currently rated

by the

CQC.
