Responsibilities

• Perform daily verification of cash and credit card settlements
• Prepare journal entries to the general ledger
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items
• Field inquiries from locations
• Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental goals and venue operations
• Help location with Auditor request (Bank statements, Bank Rec’s, etc.)
• Inform locations about daily discrepancies between Bank Settlements and Sales (MSR) via the Discrepancy App (Reconart)
