Job summary

LAZ Parking California, LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant to greet customers, manage parking flow and uphold the LAZ Way in our San Leandro location. You will project honesty, integrity, accountability and teamwork with excellent communication.

Compensation is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, non-exempt, with Thursday and Friday 8:30–5:00 and Saturday 9:00–2:00. High school diploma or GED required; parking experience is a plus; reliable transportation and punctual attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior customer service experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly and be punctual.
• Ensure parkers enter the branch when parking in the lot.
• Politely indicate the lot is for banking patrons only.
• Report concerns to supervisor or Bank Branch Manager in emergencies.
• Stay in LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Work with or without supervision and follow directions.
• Keep parking location clean and pick up trash.
• Inform loiterers to move off property.
• Report graffiti or vandalism.
• Check for tripping hazards and change signage as needed.
