Responsibilities

• Review daily high-dollar checks for signature verification, amount encoding, date legitimacy and proper endorsement.
• Review daily dormant accounts and verify signatures, deposits, and removal reasons.
• Review and validate daily SRM workflow research and adjustment requests, including items from prior acquisitions and third-party requests.
• Enter and maintain research/adjustment data into appropriate spreadsheets.
• Maintain good working relationships with bank employees and work independently or as a team to support the department and organization.
• Assist other Research Specialists and contribute to the monthly productivity report.
