Job summary

Univest Financial Corporation is seeking a Lead Bank Operations Analyst for our hybrid Deposit Operations team. You will supervise the analyst team, manage core system parameters, ensure data integrity across CIF and account data, and drive continuous improvement with cross-team collaboration.

You will stay current with regulatory changes, partner with project teams, and coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, and Data Analytics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years banking experience with focus on Deposit/Loan Operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• PM/Change Management certifications or experience preferred.
• Programming or data query experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of core banking systems (Jack Henry) and Salesforce is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Deposit & Loan Operations Analyst team, including onboarding and annual reviews.
• Oversee core system parameters, annual core releases, and product/transaction/document parameters.
• Maintain data integrity across CIF, deposit, savings, loans, CDs, and IRA parameters; coordinate clean-up with operations.
• Stay updated on compliance/regulatory changes affecting operations; recommend process changes.
• Collaborate with project teams; define requirements and test parameters for core ops changes.
• Serve as liaison for Jack Henry systems and related products; coordinate system changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, Data Analytics, and other lines to update data lists and customer notifications.
• Oversee year-end tasks and tax reporting; coordinate with core provider and IRS.
• Provide reports and queries for audits/regulated activities; support other departments on projects.
• Lead special projects as change agent; promote positive adoption of changes.
• Represent bank operations on internal committees.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and leverage AI for improved operations and growth.
