Job summary

Generations Federal Credit Union in San Antonio, TX seeks a Branch Teller to handle member service requests and routine transactions. You will assist and educate members on delivery channels, with a focus on eServices and the Call Center.

The role divides time between teller and platform duties; you will open accounts, perform maintenance, and cross-sell eServices while ensuring an exceptional member experience. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and flexibility including Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cash handling experience combined with retail sales experience.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Outgoing, sales-oriented personality.
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Fluent in Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all member service requests within the branch and perform routine transactions.
• Divide scheduled hours between teller line and platform.
• Educate members on delivery channels with focus on eServices and Call Center.
• Open accounts and perform basic account maintenance; cross-sell eServices as appropriate.
• Ensure exceptional member service and smooth handoff to Member Specialists.
