Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member service as a Teller/ Banker and be the first impression of Security Service Federal Credit Union.
• Promote checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards and insurance services to meet members' needs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities while helping members achieve their financial goals.
• Provide universal service by supporting teller and banker duties and training for growth opportunities.
