This role involves guiding, directing, and coaching employees to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. The candidate should understand customer needs to provide suitable sales and service, advise on products and strategies, identify referral opportunities, and support sales and customer service activities aligned with strategic goals and compliance standards.

U.S. Only: This position will serve as an originator of consumer loans as defined by Regulation Z, Regulation G, and the S.A.F.E. Act, requiring registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. A background check and credit review are required, with restrictions on real estate agent activities.

  • Implement new programs, coordinate initiatives, and monitor performance against plans.
  • Provide technical training, manage expenses, and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, maintain confidentiality, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Work independently on complex tasks, with broader responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience and a related post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred supervisory or management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of retail banking products, services, and market trends.
  • Familiarity with operational processes, regulations, and performance metrics.
  • Technical proficiency, strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities.

Salary: $50,400.00 - $93,600.00
