Job Description:
Bank Business Consultant - AAA/The Auto Club Group
Responsible for the strategic planning activities related to achieving profitability goals for bank products and services. Develop the business plan, practices and policies for the implementation and/or integration of bank products and services within the ACG distribution network. Review and determine the best channels and resources to sell products and services with the goal of improving effectiveness and efficiency of coverage within the market. Review strategy to determine the future direction of bank product distribution. Collaborate with ACG distribution teams and field offices to assimilate critical information, develop recommendations and action plans, and establish specific goals related to the integration of bank products and services into the appropriate distribution channels. Conduct assessments of business plans to monitor results, identify deficiencies and implement changes to address deficiencies and obtain desired results. Maintain communication with distribution channel leaders.
May provide direction to staff responsible for the execution of actions and projects related to implementation and optimization of bank products and services within approved ACG distribution channels.

Our Bank Business Consultantwill earn a competitive annual salary of $85,000 - $100,000 with annual bonus potential, based on performance.

Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)
Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
Bachelor degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
Experience:
10 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or distribution of financial products and services
proven experience with working collaboratively across multiple business lines in a complex operating environment
monitoring, analyzing and assessing business operations
reviewing, drafting, and implementation of policies and procedures
Knowledge and Skills:
banking/financial industry operational standards
successfully manage the bank product and services distribution plan and activities
perform industry analysis for market practices
conduct long-term planning for distribution strategy
develop and disseminate distribution plans and action items to senior management and strategic partners
create and analyze project forecasts to identify issues and determine results
effectively communicate with all levels of bank and corporate departments
demonstrate successful leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
Work Environment
This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
