• Balance cash daily and follow security procedures.
• Identify customers and verify identification for transactions.

• Prepare currency transaction reports and logs per regulations.
• Help meet branch and individual scorecard goals through performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Promote bank products/services and assist with referrals.
• Open/close branch as needed and adapt to hours.
• Communicate product information clearly to clients.
