Responsibilities

• Ongoing organization and cataloging of print and digital music library.
• Maintain an online database of music, method books, textbooks, and other items.
• Pull and prepare music for ensemble rehearsals; distribute and organize parts.
• Fulfills missing-part requests and assists with performance prep.
• Collect and refile music after performances and notify director of library issues.
• Contribute to Band Library Audit & Preservation Initiative for accuracy.
