General Accountabilities:

1. Approach newly seated guests, serve bread, butter, water, etc., promptly and courteously, working with servers to expedite service.
2. Reset tables with silverware, linen, napkins, and glassware according to established standards.
3. Adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and the establishment.
4. Maintain knowledge of all food menus.
5. Remove dirty dishes, soiled linens, glassware, and flatware; transport to designated areas; clean tables and seats.
6. Assist servers with duties such as refilling water glasses and coffee cups, serving food, and attending to guest needs.
7. Wipe down counters, sinks, and floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
8. Monitor tables continuously to assess and respond to guest needs courteously.
9. Perform other customer service duties as requested by the restaurant supervisor to support profitability, guest satisfaction, and compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Previous customer service experience preferred; 6 months to 1 year recommended.
2. Ability to multitask effectively.
3. Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry up to 30 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to obtain Bossier ABO card and LACT.
