Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Substation Project Manager in Maryland to lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations. You will focus on maintaining schedule and budget performance while driving project profitability and strong client satisfaction.

You will supervise and mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Senior Technical Leads, to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and innovative practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing substation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Must live near Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex substation engineering projects, ensuring schedule and budget performance.
