Job summary

Morgan Stanley invites high-potential undergrads to join the 2027 Operations Summer Analyst Program in Baltimore, designed to immerse you in the Firm's operational capabilities and culture through trainings, speaker series, and networking events.

You will collaborate across Operations teams to analyze processes, learn the interdependencies across departments, and present to senior management while partnering with Technology to improve efficiency and control.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
Team player who can work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across Operations teams to evaluate and reengineer processes to drive greater operational efficiency.
Obtain a broad understanding of Operations and its departmental interdependencies.
Present to senior management.
Partner with different business units to deliver exceptional service to clients in trade capture, clearance and settlement, account opening, cash management, billing, tax reporting, and fraud monitoring.
Partner with Technology to design, manage, and implement business process changes to streamline processes, improve productivity, and optimize efficiency.
Identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain effective client relationships to deliver world class operational services.
