DMI is seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support our client in Maryland. This role is 100% onsite in Baltimore and focuses on managing asset sign-in/sign-out and guiding staff through device setup and standard software access.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or three years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service. It also requires the ability to lift 5–10 pounds and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or three years of equivalent experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift or move 5–10 pounds at one time.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory sign-in/sign-out sheets.
• Guide staff receiving laptops through basic processes (e.g., resetting passwords, locating and orienting to Microsoft Office and other programs, connecting to Wifi).
