Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer in Baltimore, MD. You will load materials, travel to customers, demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing, while keeping the jobsite clean and safe.

Expect a start time of 6:30 AM, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), HSA and paid time off. A $1,000 signing bonus is offered with installments after 30 and 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smart device to log into company systems using two-factor auth.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM at the warehouse.
• Travel to customers, greet and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, surround and plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Purpose Of Position

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation

• The approximate hourly for this position is $21-$24 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
• $1,000 Signing Bonus! Sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligibility requirements and additional terms apply.
