You will assist the Configuration Data Manager with cutter class maintenance, configuration management, and data validation across programs. The role requires collaboration across diverse teams and adherence to CM standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with configuration management and data management processes.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a shipboard environment and navigate tight spaces.
• Ability to work in a team with Coast Guard personnel and external partners.
• Familiarity with Coast Guard processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the IBCTPL Configuration Data Manager with cutter class maintenance and configuration management.
• Develop CIFDs, select CIs, and populate platform system trees.
• Analyze ECs and construct CM sets to update cutter configuration after engineering changes.
• Maintain Maintenance standards and Maintenance Items to ensure MPCs align.
• Validate APL data associated with MPCs.
• Create MS upon MPC publication release.
• Validate MPCs for Tools/Test Equipment, Expendables and Consumables; ensure consistency with standards.
• Navigate Coast Guard programs such as FLS, NESSS, CGMS, Web-FLIS, and related tools.
