BAE Systems, Inc. is hiring a Configuration Analyst I to support Configuration Management activities on Combat Vehicle Programs.

This role can be on-site or hybrid on-site (50% or more on-site) and will be on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. In This Role, You will join a team responsible for CM activities related to the design, development, and production of complex systems in a defense environment, deliver and maintain the engineering technical data package, apply CM processes per

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline OR an Associate’s degree with minimum relevant experience OR a high school diploma with extensive experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office for metrics, reports and documents.
• Experience with product data management tools such as WindChill or TeamCenter.
• Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong research and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and good time management.
• Interpersonal skills to interface with personnel, customers and suppliers.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Join a team performing Configuration Management activities for design, development and production of complex systems.
• Deliver and maintain the engineering technical data package and apply CM processes per CM Plan.
• Support audits and develop solutions to moderate scope problems per company guidance.
