Qualifications

• Automotive leadership experience with progressive responsibility (GM/GSM/Fixed Ops)
• Local to the Baltimore, MD area
• Proven ability to manage both variable and fixed operations and KPIs
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Experience with dealership financials and inventory management
• Tech-savvy with CRM and digital retailing tools
• High level of accountability and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Lead all dealership operations, including Sales, Finance, and Fixed Operations
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent across all departments
• Set performance goals and hold teams accountable to results
• Oversee new and used vehicle inventory strategy and management
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
• Partner with executive leadership on business strategy and execution
