Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Security Officers and ensure coverage.
• Manage staff scheduling, shifts, attendance and coverage.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate training and refresher training for officers.
• Oversee enforcement of security policies and access control protocols.
• Monitor operations, respond to incidents and investigate breaches.
• Complete shift and incident reports in security systems.
