Philadelphia Phillies - Business Operations is seeking a Ballpark Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves monitoring access, patrolling, responding to incidents, and documenting activity while following Phillies and park policies.

Ideal candidates bring security experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate radio and security systems.

Qualifications

• The job requires 24/7 availability including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts up to four days per week.
• Must operate a two-way radio and security equipment effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle.
• Prior police, military or security experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry/exit, issue visitor passes, inspect bags and maintain logs.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols throughout the ballpark property.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for suspicious activity.
• Respond to alarms and incidents and notify ballpark personnel.
• Maintain daily digital incident and activity reports per shift.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security-related situations.
