Job summary

The Coordinator, Loading Dock at Nationals Park reports to the Sr. Director, Ballpark Operations. This role handles shipments, deliveries, and inventory, creates packing slips, tracks packages (UPS, FedEx, DHL), and documents in compliance with MLB policies.

You will implement directives from management and provide logistical support to Ballpark Operations. The position supports loading dock maintenance, scheduling pickups, handling recyclable items, and ensuring cleanliness and safety of

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Ability to create packing slips and track shipments.
• Familiarity with bar code labeling and carrier software.

Responsibilities

• Create packing slips based on shipment requirements.
• Generate bar code labels using UPS and other programs.
• Receive and document incoming merchandise and mail.
• Prepare shipping/receiving reports; note shortages or damages.
• Record all packages for clubhouse personnel per MLB policy.
• Assist with stocking, distribution, and inventory control.
