Job summary

The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is seeking a Changeover Staff member for American Family Field to support events. You will help set up and tear down furniture and equipment, ensuring presentation meets each event's requirements.

Work hours vary with events; typically 5–15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass basic screening; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to interpret and replicate venue diagrams with precision.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down, and resets of furniture and equipment for events at the ballpark.
• Interpret and replicate venue diagrams for each event.
• Confirm setups match checklists and diagrams with the Meetings and Events team.
• Assist in overseeing and tracking equipment inventory.
