The City Of Goodyear is seeking Event Services staff to support Goodyear Ballpark events. These temporary, part-time positions involve customer service, crowd management, ticket scanning, promotions and assisting with event setup and breakdown.

The ideal candidate will have good customer service and communication skills, be positive and friendly, and be willing to assist in a variety of ballpark operational areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general operational and patron assistance for events and activities at Goodyear Ballpark.
• Event preparation and breakdown, implementation of ground rules and policies, monitoring and greeting patrons, ticket scanning, promotions.
• Responding to questions, providing direction and assistance to facility users, assisting with crowd control, and providing game-day operational support.
