Job summary

Party Planet Brandon is seeking a Salesperson to join our full-time, on-site team in Brandon, FL. You will engage customers, provide exceptional service, and help them choose the right balloons and party supplies.

Responsibilities include creating balloon arrangements, inventory/data entry, merchandising, and handling the register when required. A positive attitude, strong communication, flexible hours including weekends, and prior retail or sales experience are a plus; Spanish bilingual is a

Qualifications

• Basic sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling abilities.
• Knowledge of products, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Experience operating a cash register or handling transactions.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Retail or sales experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
