Job summary

Party Teller is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor. You will assist customers, operate the POS, and help keep displays fresh and inviting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assist customers in selecting products for birthdays and celebrations.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Process cash, credit card, and other payments.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves throughout the day.
• Maintain attractive displays and promotions.
• Help organize balloons and party decorations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Receive and process merchandise deliveries.
• Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention.
• Support seasonal floor sets and store resets.
• Follow all safety, operational and customer service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
