Job summary

TRAX International is seeking a Ballistic Electronics Technician I at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ. The role covers operation and maintenance of ballistic electronics devices and related systems across the test range.

The incumbent will perform setup, instrumentation, tear-down, and transport of equipment at YPG, with shifts and overtime as needed. U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-year electro-mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation experience or Associate's Degree/military training.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; basic computer skills; proficient with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform routine maintenance on ballistic electronics measuring and firing safety devices and peripheral equipment.
• Provide operations and preventative maintenance on electronic measuring and data acquisition systems, including setup, instrumentation, tear-down, and transport at Yuma Proving Ground.
• Perform other duties as required to complete the mission.
