Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 609 AC certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Experience with troubleshooting on heavy equipment and artillery systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, repairs and overhauls major assemblies of tactical wheeled/tracked vehicles and artillery equipment.
• Replaces worn or broken parts and interprets technical manuals.
• Documents maintenance actions on applicable forms and reports.
• Repairs air brake, hydraulic, electrical, A/C systems and test components.
• Performs other duties to complete the mission.
