Job summary

Tutu School Union City is looking for energetic dance instructors to lead classes that inspire creativity and nurture young dancers. Successful candidates will have a dance background, preferably in ballet, and strong communication skills to engage with both students and their families.

The role involves following a structured curriculum while fostering a positive classroom environment. The ideal candidate should be available Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Join us in making magic through dance!

Qualifications

• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• Availability on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer questions about class membership.
• Build rapport with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform retail duties including product restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio and lobby.
• Communicate effectively with management.

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's carefully crafted Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
