Tutu School West Palm Beach is hiring dance instructors who inspire creativity in young dancers aged 6 months to 8 years. You will lead engaging ballet-based classes, foster a joyful learning environment, and support the studio's careful curriculum.

We value strong communication with families, reliable attendance, and a passion for nurturing dreams through movement. Training and progression opportunities are available to dedicated instructors.

Qualifications

• Dance background with ballet experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage families.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead 45-minute classes following the studio's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communicate with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a POS system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathrooms.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.

Job Summary
