Job summary

A boutique ballet school in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking passionate instructors to teach ballet classes to children aged 6 months to 8 years. Qualifications

• Experience in dance with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with/teaching young children (1-8 yrs. old) in groups of 5-10.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute ballet classes following the Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership.
• Build rapport with students’ families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio.
• Communicate effectively with management.
