Job summary

Tutu School New Orleans is seeking a creative and passionate dance instructor. You will lead engaging classes while nurturing the dreams of young dancers. A strong dance background, especially in ballet, is preferred. Alongside teaching, you'll manage class administration and maintain studio cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• High school or equivalent is preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45‑minute classes following Tutu School's carefully crafted Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio and lobby.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
