The purpose of this job is to maintain security, decorum, and orderly conduct within courtrooms and related judicial facilities for Dorchester County. The position supports judges, court personnel, attorneys, jurors, litigants, and the public by ensuring courtroom operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable laws, court procedures, and County policies.
This position works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
Work is performed in a safe and secure work environment that may periodically have unpredicted requirements or demands.
