Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or packaging operations preferred.
• Must have forklift experience and certification (preferred).
• Ability to operate baling/heavy machinery and perform basic maintenance.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate baling machines to compress and bind corrugated materials.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Sort, load, and process recyclable materials according to company standards.
• Securely bind bales for storage and transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of processed materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on baling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and bales.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
